Using PhotoSheet

Use PhotoSheet and this website lawfully and only with content you have permission to use. Do not interfere with the website, misuse its downloads or bypass software licence restrictions.

You retain your rights in your photos, captions and other content. You are responsible for checking your reports before sharing them and keeping backups of source files and projects. PhotoSheet is a report-building tool; it does not verify observations or provide professional inspection, engineering or other advice.

Software licences and demos

PhotoSheet software is licensed, not sold. A standard Pro purchase is a one-time, perpetual licence for one user to use the purchased edition, including commercial report creation. It is not a subscription. For team or multi-user licensing, contact PhotoSheet support through LunarTide Software before sharing use among users.

Licensing is contractual and honor-based: there are no product keys, activation, DRM or technical seat enforcement at launch. Access to the same installer does not grant additional user licences. Do not resell or redistribute the program without permission, except where applicable law permits it. Any desktop licence agreement supplied with your edition continues to govern desktop use; these website terms do not replace that agreement or remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.

The separate, limited Demo lets you evaluate compatibility and the workflow; downloading it does not grant a Pro licence. We may provide bug fixes and updates, but a purchase does not promise every future major version, indefinite feature development or indefinite support. The time limit on a recovery link does not limit your perpetual right to use the purchased edition.

Purchases and delivery

Stripe Managed Payments handles the payment transaction through Stripe's merchant-of-record service. The payment terms presented at checkout apply alongside the PhotoSheet software licence. Review the product, total price, currency and applicable taxes before paying. Payment receipts are handled by Stripe.

Pro is delivered digitally after successful payment is verified. The website provides an installer download, and a transactional email provides a private recovery link; the installer is not an email attachment. New recovery links are valid for 2 years (730 days) and generate a fresh 24-hour installer download URL when used. No PhotoSheet account is needed.

Provide an accurate purchase email address and keep your receipt, purchase email and installer backup. Do not share your private recovery link. If an email is delayed, missing, or your recovery link has expired, contact PhotoSheet support through LunarTide Software with your order reference for help accessing your purchase.

Billing issues and refunds

For a billing issue or refund request, contact PhotoSheet support through LunarTide Software with your order reference and a description of the issue. You can also use the transaction-support details on your Stripe receipt. The purchase terms and any refund policy presented before payment apply, together with your rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits refund or other remedies that the law requires.

Example reports

The downloadable reports show sample PhotoSheet output. Their projects and illustrative photographs are fictional, as noted on the examples page. They are not records of actual inspections, certifications or professional findings. You may download and review them to evaluate PhotoSheet; do not present them as evidence of real project conditions.

Web demo and other websites

The PhotoSheet web demo on WaveWebTools is a separate service with its own features, terms and privacy information. External download and payment services also have their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep PhotoSheet and this site useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that the software will meet every requirement. To the extent permitted by law, the site, demos and examples are provided as available without additional warranties. This does not override a paid software licence or rights and guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms as PhotoSheet develops. Updated terms will be dated on this page; they do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. For questions about these terms or a PhotoSheet licence, contact PhotoSheet support through LunarTide Software.
